    Outlook 2000 Email Question

I have a client list (about 130 people) in Outlook 2000 and would like to send a newsletter to all of them.

Does anybody know an easy way to send a newsletter without creating an individual message for every person?

I don't want for example Mr A to see Mr B's address.

If it's not easy in Outlook is there an addon or another program that I could use?

Thanks for all and any advice you can give.

Noo Noo has a better idea then trying to use an original routing as a Master Copy -

To create a Distribution Group in Outlook Express (I don't use Outlook), you would:

    Click the Mail symbol
    Click Read Mail
    Click Tools
    Click Address Book
    Click File
    Click New Group
Assign a Group Name (example: NewsGroup) then Click Select Members

Using your mouse and the CTRL key, select the people from your Address Book you want in the group, then Click Select

    Click OK

The Group is now in your Address Book as NewsGroup - you can create a Newsletter, send yourself the main copy, and select bcc: and then that group as the bcc: recipient and, I believe, voila'.

Perhaps someone will link/outline how Outlook 2000 does it.

That's close enough... it's much the same in any of them.
