    exchange question

    A user would like to change her email address to her first initial [email protected] instead of just her [email protected] (she is the president--so I am willing to try this for her). Even though I am not getting a bounce back when I send it to her internelly, if I send it through another email address she doesn't get the email. What am I doing wrong?

    My mistake is doing it when she was logged in. I told her to log off tonight and when I come in, I will add the other email in Exchange.

    Didn't you see the server message? Oh I see, you were away from your desk for over an hour while logged on and you hadn't saved your work... well the autosave should have got it?... Oh, you turned it off because it was a nuisance. Oh dear... I'm sorry there is nothing we can do about that...

    Walk away trying desperately not to laugh and keep shoulders from shaking....
