Standby Button Greyed Out
I have recently had Windows XP re-installed and the guy that did it disabled the login so that he could re-boot without having to go through the login process everytime.
I have re-enabled the login no problem there, but when I close down now, I notice that the Standy button when I shut down is greyed out and not available.
In addition when I shut down the screen changes from colour to black and white.
He did update all the drivers from Mircosoft when he re-installed.
It is a Dell Dimension 4600.
He will come and fix it but can't get his head around what it might be.
Any help much appreciated.
