Drive can not be found
I used to have an external hard drive which has recently broke. i wanted to DL itunes, but when it tries it says it cant find the E: drive (E: was the old HD) so how do i change the settings for it to DL to my C: drive?

i click on itunes setup, then run. the windows installer opens and says preparing to install and then i get the invalid drive E: message
PLEASE HELP!!!

From your posts, it seems to you have managed to download itunes... or not?
It sounds like your setup is not the setup.exe, but a short cut to the setup.exe on the now defunct hard drive.
So start with a fresh download from here and save it to a directory you can find - eg c:\itunes

i did that and it still didnt work, it seems whenever i dl a program from the internet it always tries to download straight to the E drive.

What browser are you using internet explorer or Firefox?
Firefox has an area where you set where the downloads go.
Or do you have some download manager that's doing it.
