Safe Mode-Safe Mode With Networking-Start Normaly
upon every start up or restart, anyone know what this is and how to fix? The system will start just fine. This is with XP Home.

You get this message when either it something went wrong in the last boot, or a safe boot switch has been left on... check in msconfig boot tab...

Other place to check is switches set in the boot.ini file
