    Wireless Router Help me Choose

    I'm Trying to find the best router for me.
    1. I need a router that has a Power Button Because my last one just Died with Over Heat.
    2. Will there be any conflicts between the router Firewall and my PC Firewall.
    3. Great Protection
    4. Great Price

    There are so many routers but certainly that router shouldnt die because of heat. Was it locked in a box or drawer?

    I've had this router for 2yrs and it was never turned off because my tivo box always update itself.
    I just need a router that has a Power Button and offer Great Protection.

    I doubt any consumer router has a power button, hell a router is supposed to work 24/7/365. Some things last longer than others. All routers will offer pretty much the same protection. Just don't keep any electronic device in a confined space, it will overheat and eventually die. D-Link makes some decent routers, some Linksys used to be OK...

    I agree linksys used to be Ok wrt54g Kept taking me off internet not reliable.

    it's very easy to configurated, updating and offer a great protection.

    Ok I settled on a D-Link Dir 655 and so Far its Perfect Lots of Features. Thanks for All your help...
