DGX-305V Camera

I am at the point where I feel a $100.00 camera ia not worth the hairpulling.
It worked at first, now it will not accept the driver on the Factory CD, or any downloaded drivers. I get an error code 10 and no help from original seller homepage. I don't know what to do and am considering relegatijng the camera to the dump. what shoud I do?

Code 10 simply means it cannot assign resources to it.
For whatever reason.
Maybe you should explain exactly how it is hooked up and to what
computer with what windows and how you tried to install it.
