    iifeExyV.dll

    Every time I start my Computer I get a error saying.

    C:/windows/system32/iifeExyV.dll
    The Specified Module could not be found.

    What is This and how do I fix it.

    That looks like a link to a .dll that is nonexistant but the title implies it was one from a virus or spyware. I'd use ccleaner and tell it to clean the registry to find any bad registry links. That should find your "iifeExyV.dll" and remove the starting link in bootup. Conversly if you trust your skills with the registry and are sure you won't delete anything other than the key for the iifeExyV.dll you can search the registry and remove it manually.
