2 Word XP questions
Dell optiplex with WinXP Pro using Office XP(2002) with service pack 3 and updates. I want to save a word document as a template with questions and answers to end users, so that answers can be typed in , saved , and returned to me. How can I accomplish this without text or answer lines being moved when the end users respond to the questions? Second question: when I create a table in word, how can I create the table so that asa user writes in information in the table and approaches the bottom margin, the top row of the table will appear automatically on the second page?

The second question is a setting in the table itself. When you have got a table, go to table properties, row tab and check the boxes "allow row to break across pages" and "Repeat as header row at the top of each page."
Question 1 is handled here and a different method here
I'll delete your duplicate thread for you.
