You actually need to monitor the traffic at the Dlink to do what you want... and since you can't install anything on the Dlink, I think you are out of luck. All you can do is monitor your own traffic and compare it to the usage figures supplied by your ISP (if any).
programs like this are available for free... but as you can see, you need to put it on each machine.
