What resolution do you run your games at
I have the GeForce 9600GT XLR8 OC card and want to know what resoskutions you games run your games at
I have tried played Need for speed carbon and occassinally trhe game gets jerky even sometimes on low detail setting,
I have been googling and have found a lot of people are having various problems with it on Vista. There are patches available which I have installed but had no luck.
The card should have absolultley no problem with this game so Is it Vista or the game itself?

Depends on the game, I can play FarCry at 1600x1200 with the highest settings, Crysis wasn't playable at more than 1280x1024 with high settings so had to play it in a window (my monitor is 1600x1200 native)

From what I read the 8800 and 9600 use the same GPU... weird why 9600 is cheaper than the 8800
