shutdown
When I click on start on choose shutdown computer, it always reboots. I've looked through the registry and made a change to a shutdown value but that didn't help.
Is there somewhere I can look/change?
Thanks for your help.

I would suspect the memory modules and the power supply if I were you.
To check the memory try the GoldMemory utility:

Make sure that Power Management is enabled in the BIOS and that WOL (Wake-up On Lan) is disabled.

Thanks. I'll have them check the battery (I think its about done anyway). Power management is enabled.
The strange thing is that if I do a control-alt-delete, it will bring up the message that it is safe to turn off computer.
