    Lightbulb shutdown

    When I click on start on choose shutdown computer, it always reboots. I've looked through the registry and made a change to a shutdown value but that didn't help.
    Is there somewhere I can look/change?

    I would suspect the memory modules and the power supply if I were you.

    To check the memory try the GoldMemory utility:

    Make sure that Power Management is enabled in the BIOS and that WOL (Wake-up On Lan) is disabled.

    Thanks. I'll have them check the battery (I think its about done anyway). Power management is enabled.
    The strange thing is that if I do a control-alt-delete, it will bring up the message that it is safe to turn off computer.
