The motherboard model you have given us states that it is only capable of running 1.5GB max.
Therefore, you have either given us the wrong motherboard make and model or you haven't upgraded the RAM....

Ok, I have looked in Star > Drive > Dxdiag, that tells me I have 3.3 GB memory also found in papers from when the computer was bought that the mother card is
Intel 775 Q965GF VGA
so I proabaly gave you the wrong mother card.

So you can't have installed those via drivers, the install would have failed.
That motherboard has onboard video, is it disabled?
Are you using IDE drives or SATA drives?
here is the Intel page for your motherboard.
Click on the latest drivers link, choose your operating system, then download the chipset inf and the Raid intel matrix storage driver. Install the chipset inf first, reboot then the storage driver.
You should then update your video driver from ATI and disable the onboard video.

Managed to instal The chipset inf. Rebooted and then downloaded and opened the Raid intel matrix storage driver. The nI came to some file situated in:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administratör\Lokala inställningar\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\L0OVVDXQ\STOR_all32_f6flpy32_8.6 .0.1007_PV[1].zip
But what sould I do then, the files are called something like:
Two is Instalationinformation called iaAHCI and iaStor (stor means is swedish for big)
Two securitycatalog called iaahci and iaStor
One OEM-file TXTSETUP.DEM
One System file called iaStor
And a Text document called "license"
I don't really know what I should do from here to instal it, am I totaly wrong? When I click on the OEM file windows want to know what program that created it to open it.

You need to save it somewhere better than temporary internet files, then unzip it. There should be a setup.exe, if there isn't, check the readme or other txt file and check the instructions.

My bad, you need that one when you install the operating system, you don't need it now.

to disable the onboard video you need to make absolutely sure you are using the x1950 as the primary card. This is the monitor settings
Identify the monitor and check that the card listed below the monitor pics shows the x1950 when the monitor is identified as 1.
You can then go to device manager and disable the onboard video.
ATI drivers are here
