Welcome to Windrivers Analyzer
What windows are you using?
What is the pc make and model please?
I don't believe that the 1371,1373 basic wdm drivers ever did surround sound though...

OK thanks, you have posted your processor make and model, but I need to know about the motherboard - either from the pc make and model or the motherboard itself.
The 1371,1373 - is this a separate card? At best I have found references to supporting 4 speakers (3.1) and then only with the right drivers

OK the 82801GR is the chipset on the motherboard... not the motherboard itself.
On the top right hand side of the creative card, you will see the model number - usually starting CT but sometimes SB or other letters. Please post the exact model

Which one, intel makes a fair few with that chipset!
OK that card was made as a Value range and as an OEM for Dell, Packard Bell and a dozen others. Did the SB0060 come out of an old machine or have you just bought this on ebay or whereever?
If it came out of an old machine... which one?
here are the creative drivers but if it came out of an old machine these probably won't work.

So that confirms it... we need to trace the history of the card.
Odd that motherboard only has 2+2 audio. Anyway, if you can't trace the audio card, you can get 5.1 cards very cheaply now...

Bought from where? Have a look at my post where I explain these cards come in several flavours. The right driver must be found! If it was pulled from a Dell, you need the Dell driver, etc..

So it came with a driver cd... then it is quite likely the card is faulty I am afrraid. Alot of them did this... or you were given the wrong driver CD.
