ac 97' driver -installation problem
hi guys, recently i formatted the computer and now i cant find the driver for the audio. I tried installin alot of different things but no luck.
Can somebody find this driver for me?

Welcome to WinDrivers, JJege.
Did you obtain the correct drivers provided by Dell from here?
If you've installed multiple drivers, you may need to completely un-install them and see if you can get a clean install of the ones from Dell.
Check in Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, if any previous sound drive installations appear there, remove them. Then boot into Safe Mode, go to the Device Manager and if any previous sound device installations appear, remove them too.
Re-start and try the driver installation from Dell, see how you go.

Good, thanks for letting us know.
In case it helps someone else, was it the driver from Dell that worked correctly?
