    Red face Problems with Epson 740 NT Machines

    I am having a world of problems (first time since purchase of this printer) trying to print from just about any program to my Epson 740 through my network, or even straight.

    It will either print nothing but garbage (except for the "REMOTE1PMSN" located near the top of a garbage text page), or it will print a document/image to a point then it will leave a portion of the document blank. Then pick right up and print again.

    Has anyone seen this? This is driving me mad (not to mention my sales team).

    possibilities.... assuming proper driver installation.
    a)bad cable
    b)bad printer

    yes even new ones sometimes are defective...
