I have a WRITE PROTECTION ERROR IN MY 32GB PEN DRIVE?
how I disable it ?...

See if there is a registry entry:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevic ePolicies\WriteProtect
If there is, set the value for WriteProtect to 0

thanks for your reply, but problem is still. again i am not able to copy paste in PEN DRIVE.
Same Error show.
Is there some thing more which i forget ?

Yes, you forgot to say whether that entry did or did not exist in your registry and if it did whether you changed it (as administrator) and rebooted.

Driver Terrier
Some pen drives have a physical switch... have you checked that?
