Nvidia VS ATI
What is the best kind of GDDR2 graphics card?
Buy nvidia or ATI , but I would prefer Nvidia.

If you prefer Nvidia you have answered your own question.
Both make good products and in the end its personal choice.
By the way DDR2 is old DDR3, DDR5 are out

My friend have ATI Card . he did not face any types of problem. but i see many on forum that Nvidia card is best , now i am puzzle which is best.

I have ATI on my systems - it's not bad and I've had no problems yet but - I am not a high-end CAD user, gamer, or video / photo editor so I may not be a good benchmark for this.

What your asking samtech is really nothing more then who is the best today.
One day Nvidia is in the lead and the next day ATI is.
Thats why I said its a personal choice.
I happen to find over the last 2 years, or should I say since Vista came out that
ATI has had a significant edge in drivers.
But then I use 64 bit so its a bit more specific

It's also a question of price range. Company A may have the absolute best performance on the top end, but Company B's offerings in the mid-and low end may be better. I've used lots of nVidia hardware over the last several years, but my next video card is likely to be ATI. Currently, I think they offer better value for the money, and have more stable drivers.
