1.8" PATA Hard Drive

I have a 1.8 " PATA hard drive that came in an HP laptop (2510p). I am looking for an adapter for this drive so I can hook up through a USB port but having a hard time finding a cable for this hard drive. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I bought the one from Startech but unfortunately it only works with a Toshiba or Hitachi HD, but I have a Samsung that come out of an HP and I confirmed with Startech this will not work. So I'm still trying to find an adapter that works for a Samsung HD.
