Left 4 Dead is Zombie Blasting Goodness
The boys have tricked me into playing and liking these darned twitchy games on Steam. In particular, Left 4 Dead is made of Zombie-blasting goodness! It plays like every zombie movie you ever saw, which seems to be the whole point. 4 player characters, representing classic zombie movie heroes, facing horrific odds and needing to cooperate to survive. Loners die quickly and often, just like in the movies.
I have also delved into Killing Floor, which is more of a Mutant blasting game with character advancement, but find Left 4 Dead more all around fun and easy to get into a few quick games. Survival mode is particularly frentic. You will die, but how many minutes can you survive?
Anyone else play L4D?

Reason: typo
I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.

I don't, but I'll bet there are a few here like Niclo and others that would enjoy it.

That's the beauty of L4D, it forces you into coop mode, as you will not live long as a lone wolf. When do you play? My Steam name is.... ElSquid! Or, 1ElSquid,... I can't remember which at this point.
My favorite character is Bill, because he never loses his cigarette, even when dangling on the edge of a building with a Tank pounding on his fingers! That is a true hero! In fact, he keeps his smoke even after plummeting to his death from said building. Bill is the man!

Hmmm not sure if PC can play with XBOX 360... I hear rumors that it's possible but I haven't tried. I'll do some research when I get free time to. I didn't even know the game went to the PC. I'll also see if my buddy wants to get involved he and I were doin the 360 scene with the game but if it's cheap enough I'm sure we both could pick it up and join ya.
