Memory Cards - Just a Question

A friend of mine accidentially formatted a memory card containing images of damage to their home, and wanted to know if it's possible to recover the information.

I'm not sure if it is (in fact, I'm fairly certain it isn't possible), but I thought I'd ask here in case anyone knows any ways to recover the data.

I've had great luck with this one: http://www.pcinspector.de/Sites/smar...htm?language=1
Recovered most if not all pictures from a formatted card...
Now if pictures were taken on the card after the format...

There are many recovery programs - at work I use Handy Recovery and Get Data Back (I don't know how much they are, though).

I was going to mention this, too. When files are deleted the computer just removes them from the directory structure so PCs won't see them - but they're still there (even though the space is set as "free").

Your best chances are if nothing else was put onto the card, then you'll have the best chances.

If ANYTHING (and I mean anything) else was put on the drive - it severely diminishes your chances of getting them all back (including some, or even none).
