Help - Password Emergency
Well it looks like our password we use for the local admin account was comprimised the other day. We actually changed the local Admin Accounts name from Administrator to something else and assigned it a fairly strong password. Having this comes in handy if we need to get into a computer and the network is down or having issues or that computer is having issues. Anyway, it looks like one of my lovely tech staff gave that password out to a staff member the other day and within 2 - 3 days now many people have it. Now I have to change the local admin password on 1000's of machines and was looking for maybe a easy way to broadcast that change out to my workstations. I can use management tools to connect to each machine remotely or change it on the computer image and re-image the all the computers but that is a lot of work since not all the computers have the same image and just the time to image over a 1000 computers since I just got through doing it over the summer. If anyone can help I would truley appreciate it.
