Both are essentially the same. Same ports, same clock speed, etc. I haven't bought a Diamond product in years, but they used to make good hardware. I've both owned and sold a few XFX cards recently and had no issues. Probably, since I have recent experience with the brand, I'd spend the $10 extra and get the XFX.

Yes, AMD's software works consistently with current hardware.
