Scan Option Is Not Available Anymore from Printer

I got an HP F380 printer and on XP SP3. When I try to scan a picture, a window with that option pops up. But the option isnt available anymore on it. And I dont know why. This has never happened before. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the HP drivers. But I still get the same problem. I see the scanner drivers in the CD that came with the printer. How can I manually install it? How can I fix this?
