Is there any means with word 2003...

Is there any means with word 2003 of checking the time when started typing some text and the time finished typing it.

Means i will get "pure typed doc files only (without any other info)" from my workers through mails. With this doc files can i know it.

    Thanks.

R-click in explorer, properties, summary tab, advanced
That will give you some info.

JavaCool's little freeware app, Doc Scrubber, will show you much hidden information a word doc contains about itself: who created, who edited it, how long they worked on it, etc. It will also let you reset the info to whatever you want, I think.

I am not sure if it works with the new docx file format or not, though. But you can alway convert back to a .doc and then convert forward again.

It has been handy when I have recycled documentation and then have to hand over the file to the client.
