    white screen

    When my laptop is fully open I get a white screen. I can only use it if it's halfway open. Is this an easy fix?

    Hello, and not exactly. There are 2 factors we may be looking at. One being the cable going to the screen or to the board is loose. It means taking apart the laptop almost completely just to make sure it's attached properly and that can be a tedious process. Number Two is the cable is bad. Meaning not only do you have to take it apart but you need to order another cable.
