More Weird News
OK, so, for weirdness, it doesn't top SL's story about the guy in Texas who was in the closet with the corpse, but .... it's no slouch either.

Yikes! Well, it could have been worse... He might have liked attention and paraded around.

The story is intriguing, but there is so much left unreported. Heck, we aren't even told if the underwear was soiled or clean. I think just a few moments of reflection will make plain just how much of this dramatic incident is left untold. It is reporting like this that has caused so many to question the effectiveness and integrity of the mass media.

Yes... we could all use some help with our retirement plans.
I have some snails in my garden. Hmmmmm..... Milking them for hallucinogenic mucus might be more profitable than trying to flog them as escargot. Now we need some sort of tie-in with ancient Nazca lines, Celtic Druidism, and the Knights of Pitheus.....

"Homeowner Frank Fontana says he was in bed when the man climbed in about 5:30 Wednesday morning. Fontana says he asked whether it was a woman who has keys to his home - and he grabbed a baseball bat when a deep male voice answered, 'No, it's not.' "
"The man, 33, faces a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass."
I'd dispute these charges. Criminal mischief would have been if the intruder has said, "Hey, baby! It's me! Are you ready?"

Maybe he wasn't trying to resuscitate the animal at all, he might have been trying to steal a kiss! Nice find, as always!

"The man is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and blowing over the legal limit."
The ways of jurisprudence are strange indeed. In Texas, I don't think there is a legal limit on blowing.

Of course, in Oklahoma, the Buckle of the Bible Belt, anything other than straight Missionary is illegal.
I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.

How's this for weird new? The Ohio legislature just passed a law which among other provisions makes the creation of animal/human hybrids, the fertilization of an embryo with non-human sperm (and the reverse) illegal.
Why does this impress me as weird? I think this law makes it illegal for Ohio politicians to reproduce.
