[RESOLVED] Help Desk/Expert System Software
I'm currently looking for a new Help Desk/Expert System package for the tech support dept at the company that I work for. Have any good programs? Ones that I should avoid? Thanks...

Heat is nice once it's configured.. However, it's meant for a large scale company.. Not sure how big your operation is... It's nice because it can assist your helpdesk in troubleshooting. You can give it prompts to ask the user..
