    He did say he was going to try TB and I have not heard anything from him as to any problems. He just wanted to make sure the contacts were there he didn't really care if they populated the contact area or not. It just bugs me when things aren't the way there suppose to be.

    I know the feeling well. Unfortunately, it seems it is often these weird little annoyances that prove almost impossible to resolve. I've got a client who has had a problem since July where Acronis 2012 randomly stops generating logs for a day or two, then starts creating log files again. Since I'm pretty OCD, I burned a lot of time with Acronis support, without ever getting a resolution At the end, all I had to show for it was wasted hours and a very high level of frustration. You'd think I should know better by now!
