It seems the us old Format and reloaders are not really welcome here
Dear Escape_Driver,
You have received a warning at WinDrivers Computer Tech Support Forums.
Reason:
-------
Spammed Advertisements
I think its completely in appropriate to be spamming about format and reload
-------
Format is dead, but if we come together here it will increase traffic and maybe living it up just a little ?
And talking about Format and Reload is the past, this place it the future. Talking about the past is no disrespect to the here and now.
So we old Formaters have to get on facebookie and emails and get all those old Format and Reloaders over here and make them Windriversers (<-----Not sure if that works) LOL.
Unless this post gets deleted... Then we will truly know if we are welcome.
Overdrv..... King of the Friday thread
I'm not Satan ... I'm just one of his highly placed minions

Only issue is that this place is driven by corporate interests and won't have a place or tolerance for 95%+ of the threads in FAR...

Well I can understand that we will have to adjust but the technical Expertise that would be here if both sites combined would be great.

My eyes are burning. I should have been warned about the content of this thread so I could choose to avoid it.

The ex members are certainly welcome to answer questions pose questions and offer content.

I can only wonder what anyone is afraid of, when it comes to people from a defunct forum. All of these forums seem to be going the way of the dodo.

Hopefully you got the hint that circumventing the language filters is a no no

No, I got the hint that someone is being very unprofessional... Language filters can be circumvented in many ways to get the message across - and it's the message that matters. A word is just a word, don't like that fine, blank it. But don't change the meaning. That's low and it ticks me off (see I didn't use "pisses" and the message is the same - like a freight train... unstoppable).
So will we see another instance of someone being unprofessional?

Well I can understand their reluctance given that the forum can barely keep up with the user load.
