WHy not?
Anyone object to this or support this? Is it true that ASUS fans are poor??
And byther way... is it worth it getting a good digital flat screen monitor?? or should i just get a cheap monitor?
DOes it really make a big difference?</STRONG>
hmm
obviously you havent had much experience with Asus... they make a super stable product,,, but as far as their active cooling is concerned they really cut corners here ..... what i'm actually saying is yes i've been a somewhat loyal Asus user and yes i recomend Asus to anyone but... i also tell everyone to check out tennmax.com for a better active cooling solution...... If Asus used them for their oem active cooling solution.. then i wouldn't be blabling and rambling on here...and as far as a 64 meg video card goes..... hehehe pick one....
you dont always get what you pay for though...
later
and oooh btw on the monitor if ya got the money to blow then reach for the stars =)....

Everybody is making a comment of the fans that are on hese cards. I have a solution. If you case has the available room what you doo is take a 4" (80mm) fan and place it on the same tray the mainbopard is attatched to and silicone it with the airflow going directly to your vodeo card. If you use a HQ Ball Bearing on and you know how to tie up cables, you can have a excellent solution. That is what I have been doing for 2 years now ever since the release of the MAMMOTH 3dfx VooDoo3 3500tv. Card got way too hot.
