    Sending picture problems :

    Hi members :
    Running Win 7 Home Premium - Service Pack 1 :
    Using Windows Live Mail I can send pictures to any one ( using Win 7 or 8 ) ... except one person with Win 8 that does receive any of my pictures - text only - regardless in what format I send them . He gets pictures from other people . I have even sent the same picture to 3 people ( including him) at the same time . The other 2 got the picture - one using Win 7 and one using Win 8 also >?? So I know the picture went out -- but a mistery why one person does not get the picture ?
    I do not know Win 8 .... is there some thing at his end that is set wrong ???
    Help much appreciated .

    Most email application have a setting-> "Read all messages in plain text."

    So it don't matter how You send it, his settings override it..
