Windows 10 where do i start?
Hey guys,
To start off guys i'm not to computer literate so please bare with my poor terminology. I brought a Dell latitude from the link below, i have had my Dell Latitude E6420 locked away for a while and decided to get it out and up and running again to use as a work laptop. It started up fine with no problems at all and i had the option to update to windows 20 (from windows 7) since i have done this there is just one problem after another. First off the laptop keeps freezing at random points, i could be doing next to nothing or i could have the laptop doing 300 activities and it will freeze either way. Then sometimes my laptop isn't detecting my wireless mouse so i have to shutdown the laptop and turn it back on again for it to work. And Finally the sound keeps messing up when ever i plug my headphones in i have to update the driver, once finished the speakers on my computer don't work i have to update them drivers and restart. These problems just keep going round and round everyday i have something i have to mess around with. What i need is some software for sale or downloadable to fix these problems i am having with i assume is windows 10.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's really getting boring now.

One thing you could do is backup your data, and if your model has it, is do a factory restore to windows 7. If not, you have the activation sticker on your laptop for Windows 7, which tell you which version you have, then you can go HERE to download the correct version, burn the ISO to disc and then reinstall. Then go to Dell support and download all the drivers you need.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

Glad you were able to get it back. Enjoy until Jan. 4th, 2020. Then who knows what is going to be out there then.
