Ohh, thats useful
Just found another thing, but knowing me I will be the last person to find out.
In an explorer windows holding down CTRL while clicking on the "Up one level" button the the toolbar causes the folder to be opened in a new window.

Wow, I guess I'm now the last person to know that then. I swear I learn a new Ctrl or Alt trick every month. Thanks for the tip.

Funny, it did not work for me. I even tried the shift & alt, but did not work.
What OS are you using? Win98se here

I found it on a Win 95 (OSR2) machine at work, it also worked on my Win2K machine at home.

Many keyboard shortcuts actually require IE 4.0 or better (desktop integration and active desktop versions)
