When in a window with multiple tabs, (pages of options) press Ctrl-Tab to navigate to the next page automatically. Use Ctrl-Shift-Tab to move backwards through the pages.

Example: Press Windows Key-Pause/Break to open the Control Panel. Press Ctrl-Tab twice to go to the third tab (Hardware Profiles, or Hardware). Enjoy.
