Stupid customers and how little they don't relize they know
I am a bechtech, and after reading some other posts I got to thinking, what stupid thigs have you guys/gals heard a customer say, like "my modem is broke, cause my screen doesn't come on." does it just piss you off when a custy will call the whole computer a modem. I want to thank you for letting me vent I can only hear that one so many times before I go insane..

I would say that as soon as the abuser said "Yeah, I have a computer problem" it's all over. No chance that you are getting out of this one with the abusers dignity the same as it was.

Flabooble!
I usually correct them and let them know a whole lot about the parts inside the PC and everything and then they just start calling it a modem again or call the monitor the CPU or whatever. It's the people that I go out of the way to explain things to that take zero interest in what I said that really get to me.
