I love those crap techs. They generate a lot of business for us. I love it when they try to do a drive image to a drive that is to big for the bios. I don't know how they do it but they will do an image and only get half of the information and wipe out the old drive. The company that I work for does data recovery so they make us a lot of money. Keep up the good work Frys, Compusa and Best Buy. Keep getting the really "good" techs.
