AHHHH PEOPLE!

Ok, We are getting in another new person here at my work in our photogramitry Section. Well the thing is there are no more network connections there.

I already ahd to setup a 8 port hub for the 8 new users the put there. (also then there was only one live connection) Now There building a new Cub there and they want network and internet access for this person. Well How we going to do this. Yes we can get another hub. But the 8 people sharing the one 8 port hub are already screwed, way slow. There sending from 10mb to 110 mb files and packets, so they lag each other down and they get all mad about it. Well adding another person to it yeah! I would like to just put a mini switch in but company wont buy it. They dont now the diffrence. Well here goes another 2 sets of hubs and custom cable.

Talking about dumb. Well they really need is another 2 gb switch and new connection in each cub but They dont want to pay O-well.

I feel your pain. Luckily, my present company will listen to me when it comes to buying new things. Sounds like they really need to get a switch in there and forget the hubs. Oh well, next thing you know, they'll be trying to save money by networking via USB.

USB ouch, Ill quite Or tell them NO!!! Firewire instead
