"How many times did you give them your credit card number?" I ask.

"I don't know, about 20 or so," The guy says, shrugging his shoulders.

I look at the poor bastard and say "You know your going to have $6000 in charges on your credit card from Aol."

Needless to say instead on launching the Aol 7.0 program, this guy was hitting the icon over and over to set up Aol 7.0!

So did you try and help the guy out even further by contacting AOL on his behalf and try to straighten the mess out?

It’s end users like him who keep you in business or in other words job security.
