I have someone that keeps trying to use my proxy server to relay their mail through. I have it locked so they can't, but I do see their ip address and when and how often they try. What can I, or should I, do with this?

Download something like neotrace, or use tracert from a dos box... get the domain/isp this is coming from and then send your logs and other proof the the isp admins, most have a standard abuse email - [email protected] or whatever... Neotrace will give you this information automatically, tracert you will have to look it up using RIPE or similar.
