I didn't know you could overclock a video card, but when you had pci clocks synchronized to the mobo bus(example-66mhz mobo times one half= 33mhz pci)and you ran a mobo at say 75mhz the pci slot ran at 37.5 so the pci bus to the video pci slot was overclocked. But nowadays mobos have the pci bus as asynchronous and runs at 33mhz whatever the mobo speed. if its AGP i also assume nowadays its asynchronous and runs at whatever agp is built in or set in the bios. i don't think you can overclock by using say an agp board and change the setting to agp2x(it shouldn't work, or at least fall back to plain agp)
it may be physically possible to alter the video card to change a multiplier if two conditions are met: the first being that there is a higher multiplier available and accessibe, and the board can handle it

I think what he means Techs is overclocking the memory and chipset on the video card. I haven't come across an overclocking tool for the TNT2M64 yet but if I remember correctly there used to be one for the original TNT chipset that may work. Try scouting around some of the performance gaming sites. I cannot remmeber where I downloaded my version from & I know I no longer have it

Try the DETONATOR drivers from nVidia, or if I remember right, Hercules always included an overclocking util with thier drivers.
