I've just finished my first week of my new job as Instructional Computing Technician here at North Idaho College. My experience in the last 2+ years as a service manager at a local shop (along with my A+ cert) helped me to move up into this job that offers better pay, better benefits, and more future opportunities. I'll be responsible for about 200 computers in labs and classrooms scattered all over the campus. Everyone tells me that this is a good time of year to start, but in a couple of months, when classes are in full swing, I'll be swamped.

So be ready for some questions, geeks. (I'm proud to be called a 'geek')
