***please help in need of link to page***

hey guys/gals , nad news my 12x10x32x TDK veloCD is all fu**ed up.

I'm getting clicking noises and scratched cd's all over the place.

I can't seem to find the TDK page for an RMA for the damn drive please help

the only thing I found was a tech support email, maybe they can tell you I didn't see any RMA page

yeah i e-mailed them about it hopefully I'll get a responce... man you would think with a quality company it would be easyer to obtain a damn rma

can't you return it to a store?
I emailed them too while I was there...just in case

(Geez, what happened I tried to edit, it showed 3 duplicate posts, tried to delete one, locked up, now there is one?? wow...)
