Why is there so much bad advice given to this person? His Mainboard is dead. he should accept the fact and get a new one. After talking to him in chat, it's either that, or he has crap drivers hooked up to it.... It's either the OS ( Which I doubt since it's Win 98 ) or it's the mainboard ( Which seems likely. ) Get yourself a new board, damnit.
