Outlook XP - unable to disable attachment security
I have been looking through and can't find the option to disable the security so I can save / open exe files on my machine. SP2 is installed. Any ideas?

Yep..it's a registry tweak. here's ".exe" as an example
Run Regedit
Go into folder: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\ Outlook\Security
From the ‘Edit’ menu, select ‘New’ -> ‘String Value’ & give it the name ‘Level1Remove’ (without the quotes)
Right-click on ‘Level1Remove’ & select ‘Modify’ (or just double-click on ‘Level1Remove’) and set value to ‘exe’ (without the quotes). If you want it to allow other restricted attachment types than separate each one with a semi-colon.
Restart Outlook, and you should now see EXE attachments in email messages again.
