    C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII\CMESys.exe

You have a gator family spyware set
go here and read and download spybot make sure you update it online before running the scan.

It should get it for you.

In addition to deleting the registry entries on hijack, did you delete the files from your hard drive? If you don't, the problem will come back.

I just checked the link - works fine for me.

Can you post the exact text of the runtime error you are receiving?

I googled the error and came up with a number of hits specific to bpm studio. Unfortunately, they are all in german or spanish. Anyone fluent enough to translate?

From what i could gather from the translations , bpm thinks its a ilegal install , and you need to uninstall it completely (including Registery entry's) and reinstall it .

    You need to fix these

    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{24EB0E5B-A9C2-4687-9061-BF4C02A8B0EE}: NameServer = 195.92.195.95 195.92.195.94

Is this the trialware or the full version?

Do you have and amd processor?
some error messages and program terminations with AMD processors?
These problems are caused by the external processor cache. Please disable the external cache in the BIOS settings if the program runs unstable.
    how about an asus motherboard?

Why does my ASUS motherboard not work with BPM Studio ?
Check if the jumper "sound on board" is deactivated. See the motherboard's manual for the position of the jumper.
    Have you emailed their support?

As a user of the Demo Version please direct your Email to the address below:

    Support for the Demo Version
    [email protected]
All this information was got from the the bpm site

    re error

all i did was put the xp pro disc in and used that to do a long format and then reinstalled windows i then put bpm back on there and now it wont let me save the settings and im getting an I/O error, looked on bpm website and it says that the demo version wont let you save the settings, but the strange thing is that it worked fine before i got the worm ,and this is even stranger as this is version 4.2 and i also have bpm studio version 3.0 and that is working fine on it saving the settings the lot nothing wrong with that! so if any one knows why that is happening let me know.
Thanks again guys for you help

    re error

it is the full version like i said ive got the serial no and also the very same program has been working fine for two years plus, absoutley nothing wrong with it, like i said before now im getting these errors nothing has changed its the same program the same disc the same serial no but i got that worm and something from the gator family as above i couldnt get rid so i formmated and started again, and now i cant save the settings and im getting this I/O error coming up i looked on the bpm website it says nothing about I/O error and also one last thing this is all happening on my labtop and get this the very same program works perfect on my desktop computer nothing different the same serial no the same disc etc so if any of you guys can sort this one out because i am stuck! and while im here in my emails (outlook express 6) when i try to reply to and email it wont let me send but if i put the senders address in my address book and then send a email it works? i have phoned up a help line they cant work it out all my settings are correct and it happens on both my laptop and desktop and they say theres nothing wrong at there end?? so if anyone gets the same problem as me and know whats wrong with that let us know as it been doing it for mouths
    well thanks a lot guys
and happy days! working this one out!
