e-mail not printing
Hi
I am having a issuse resolving a problem with e-mail programs not printing. At first the person had incredimail and it would not print with that. Than I switched it over to outlook express and that does not print as well. All other functions on outlook appear to be working. And I can print in any other program. Any idea on what may be causing this?

Hi,
If you copy the text (or content) to a word processor (e.g. winword) would you be able to print?
I will be lurking here,

What version of windows? is it updated? what printer is it? if you install another printer does it work then? are the newest drivers installed? is it USB or parallel? When you print does it go into the queue and get stuck or does it just not appear there? Have you tried reinstalling OE?

it is windows xp home, it is updated, not 100% sure on newest print drivers will look into that one. It is USB, when I print it is never even put in queue, and I am assuming by OE you mean OS and have not tried that yet.

ah ha I think we may be getting to something now!! In this cause IE was really fubared so I unistalled it and put firefox on the computer. But, and maybe this is because it was fubared in the first case. incredimail did not print when IE was installed as well. Any suggestions on how to make this work w/o having to put IE back on. Or perhaps a suggestion of a different e-mail client to use?

Yep, seems as the most obvious solution
If you ensist on not installing IE - do it with Opera, Opera also has a pretty good pop/smtp Email client.
Hope I helped shedding light,
