You'll need to create a rule in NIS to allow port 3389 through the firewall.

Try adding a rule to to trust the IP of the machine you're dialing in from.... Also do you have a router involved which you're coming in through, if so you may neeed to configure port forwarding......... 3389 alone works for me....

I'd still recommend trying it on one computer to see if it does work, that way you have a better understanding of the nature of the problem. Also what kind of connection do you have? Many westell DSL modems have routers bult into them that users are often unaware of......

I see you have port 80 open as well. Does that work?

I think you need to look at the device that is making the connection to the internet then.

From your last post you are saying that having port 80 open doesn't work either; is that correct?

Can you confirm how you are connecting to the internet? Is it directly from the computer or through a router?

Also do you have Windows Firewall running as well as NIS?

You have an internet connection set up on your computer that uses the SpeedTouch as a simple modem then?
