A very real concern.
I don't mind seeing the yellow jackets disappear some.

Seems like these guys are always cranky and just looking for an excuse to sting you
But the honey bees are very cool and gentle

Their golden brown color is striking and they just want to be left alone.

!!! I can't live without veggies! I'm agreed with Ferrit about ^%$#@! yellowjackets, but as he stated, honey bees mind their own business.

Yes this has scared me too. Most people don't understand the big issue with it but I can see the long term ramifications of this. However you Okies out there will agree with me when I say I hope this happens to the RED WASPS.

Hornets too. When in California you saw yellow wasps on roof eaves
(overhangs). Here in missouri they are in ground. dragged hose across
grassy area and pissed off a whole Battalion. thank the great above I had
a escape route. I may be mistaken on color I believe they were red
Bees are not aggresive. Hopefully researchers will find the problem and maybe fix it.

BBC: Bees seeking 'sugary' garden pest
"A lack of suitable flowers may be forcing bumblebees to seek out aphids to feed on their sugary secretions."
"Three species are extinct in the UK and many more are threatened."
